Moving to Malaysia

Hello Everyone, im looking for a little bit of advice.
I turned 20 in march and ive recently just lost my first job. When i turned 18 i came to Malaysia and worked with Orangutans for a couple of months in a zoo in KL and then went across to Borneo for a while. I'm looking at returning but to stay and make my life over there.
Any advice for finding work, visa's, laungage barriers ect?
Any input would be appreciated.
