where to find a nanny

Hi all, my partner as been offered a job in KL and so we will be relocating there next month. We have 3 small children and currently living in Australia. My children attend daycare 3 days a week. I have two questions. 1) does anyone know what a rough estimate of daycare costs per day per child I Malaysia? 2) how do we go about looking for a nanny? Any advice will be much appreciated :) thank you
