Help in Buying a House

Looking for advice in getting a mortgage in León, gto. either from a Mexican or US bank or mortgage company. It seems that cross border services are charging too much for their services and they would add additional premium to the monthly payments to protect the Dollar from Peso devaluation. On the other hand Mexican banks have difficulty accessing credit data for the US credit bureaus. Any suggestions or recomendations would be greatly appreciated ??
