Still on the Hunt

Hi! Getting ready to retire in Mexico and have been researching several different locales. I am seeking a beach location (because I hate wearing shoes) without the craziness of too many tourists. A place with a moderate temperature and cooling ocean breezes that can tamp down humidity. A place that is walkable with good restaurants, open air markets with fresh produce and an expat community. Decent dental and healthcare are a plus!

Might Mazunte, Zipolite, and Puerto Angel in the state of Oaxaca fit the bill or are they too small? Any other suggestions/locations would be helpful. Thank you.
