Mazatlan here we come!

Hello, my hubby and I are planning our move to Mazatlan later this spring (late April/early May). I'll be in town in mid-Feb to start our house hunting process. I'd prefer to rent for at least 6 months before committing to purchase. We also have 2 dogs. I've heard that we should avoid searching online if we don't want to pay "gringo prices." Does anyone have recommendations for finding rental leads or know of a reputable property management company?

PS, If you're going to be in the area in mid-Feb I'd love to meet up!
