Non-Essential Travel?

Hola a todos from Colombia, jaja.

I was injured in the army, and have a couple of disability pensions that provide a decent income. I have lived in Latin America for many years, and enjoy a good adventure. I am interested to come to Mexico for residency, Only, I see that they are not allowing any "non-essential" travel right now. Does anyone know how long this "non-essential" travel ban might last? Thanks.
