New to town

Hi I've travelled in Mexico several times for months but always moving now I am ready to settle down in Puerto Penasco.
I have lived in the USA, Thailand and was born in Argentina so fluent in spanish as well.
I live in my RV so currently staying in a RV park but would really like to find a inexpensive lot or small house to rent long term that is in fairly safe area.
Love that I can bike to everything here shopping food etc etc...
Where I have a space in AZ it is a 50 mile round trip to go get a quart of milk.
Have a 2 man kayak and a windsurfer so looking to do plenty of that to offset the wonderful food I am eating now days! lol
Im in my early 60 and retired so just chilling
