Best Mexico town with good Hosp/Healthcare & nice beaches?

Where is the best town to retire?
- (Moderately priced)
-Small/med. size city
-Not "too humid", as we hope to stay 7-8 months.
-Private Hospital preferred-due to hubbys heart issues (Afib, previous heart attack)
-We love beaches, and exploring other towns nearby
-Did I say My favorite color is Turquoise?

A few places we are considering- Thoughts?
Akumal -getting expensive?? Gorgeous beaches & TURQUOISE water. My favorite color x 40 yrs.
Puebla- possibly a bit too big for me
Huatulco-perfect size, beautiful *&* TURQUOISE water! no PRivate Hospital, hubby has heart issues.
Puerto Vallarta (Bucerias or surrounding) Ocean not pretty/Infrastructure issues?? :(
Aijihic area-haven't visited yet, getting too expensive??
Matzalan- haven't been here yet! Might be too cold for us?? Hear it is moderately priced, which we require. not sure about hosp situation.
