Medical Insurance

I have looked at two companies for my spouse and I. They were both around $1200 usd per Month!
I was hoping we could find something much less. Any suggestions?
One of is Permanent and the other has Temp Resident, until 2024, then he will be permanent, as well.
He is 66, had a Heart attack 4 yrs, ago, and is currently treated for Afib with RX.

Any helpful suggestions?
