Locating vacation rentals - Puerto Morelos area

We're planning a one-week August family vacation in the Puerto Morelos area, and would appreciate ideas on finding accomodations. We've looked at AirBnB and a couple online sites, but any additional suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

We definitely want beachfront, as my wife has medical issues & can't walk far, and need three bedrooms and three or so baths.

Thanks in advance for any suggestions/ideas.
