Hola,

We are coming to visit Rosarito, and the surrounding area, in a couple of weeks, to rest and scope out the area to eventually move.
We are getting conflicting advice on whether we should rent a car in Mexico or rent in San Diego and drive over the border or use Uber and Lyft to get around?!
Is Uber & Lyft available in Rosarito?

What are your recommendations?
