I noticed that past topics about San Felipe have been back in 2018. With it now being mid 2022, and me intending to venture down there in late September I'd thought that this would be a good time to revisit this topic.
While I enjoy a simple but fun life, I'm also interested in the possibility of setting up a second life in San Felipe. But not in August!! My understanding is that the town basically goes on a long siesta at that time of year.
I'm thinking of visiting for four days to two weeks and explore the general areas just north and just south of town.
While not really being an "X Pat" I'd like to immerse myself in the true culture of the area. Attempting to learn Spanish now.
Do any of you know of possible locations for me to checkout while I'm still in the states and or once I'm in San Felipe?
