Moving to Puebla in Les Than Two Weeks

I am a 70+ year old man, packing everything I own into 2 suitcases and moving to Puebla in less than 2 weeks now. Staying with a friend until I find a city I like.

What has anyone over 70 done about healthcare? I’m still paying Medicare and Medicare Supplemental in the states, and plan on flying to Houston for any major concerns.

I guess I will just pay for emergency visits?

What other options for healthcare have you used?
