Leasing in Lo De Marcos

Want to lease 12 months if we can.

We are planing to Retire in Lo De Marcos, Nayarit, Mx as early as Jan (2023).
LDM, will be to busy in the Third week of Dec 2022 is mostly why.

We will be there at the end of the month to look at places, and may rent on-the-spot in anticipation of our move.

We could live as far north as Tepic or south as Puerto Vallarta as far as that goes. Or as far inland as Tepic and Compostela too. But 15 min from LDM by quad is most optimal.

Any advise about locating a lease away from the beach?
