First, thank you for reading this. Sayulita has gotten my interest, so I am trying to accumulate as much info as I can about this location in hopes of relocating there within the next few months. Whatever info you have I would appreciate, for example: Is there an expat community? What are the pros and cons of living there? Is there decent public transportation or is a car a must have? How much are rental properties (a 2 bedroom 2 bath condo, apartment or home) ? Quality of food? Info on home prices and a good real estate agent? Access to, prices and quality of medical and dental care? Open air markets? Everyday living? Where does one go to buy stuff like household items, bedding, furniture, etc? Anything else?
