Hi,
I know they say to be careful to do a pre-sale, because builders can walk away with your money.
We have found what we think will be the perfect place for us.
It is a pre sale and won't be finished till Dec 2024. Which kind of aligns with our time frame.
Has anyone pre purchased a apartment before?
