Saying Hello!

I am a retired American. Most recently from Texas but have lived all over the US. My wife is a Mexican national originally from Monterrey N.L. We recently relocated to Monterrey. Being it is less than a 3-hour drive to the boarder, I do not feel completely cut off. That is a big benefit as the change from US to Mexico is significant. I would like to find some other ex-pats locally to meet. I barely speak Spanish but have started lessons and hope to make rapid improvements. I look forward to a future including travel and making new friends!
