Best places to meet other expats? I am finding it challenging to form a group of friends. It’s the low season and that’s maybe why

I’d like to learn more about basic healthcare and dental options in the area.

Ixtapa….limited beach access as the hotels have all but cutoff entry. Can you utilize restaurants and bars in any of the hotels and actually see the sunset from Ixtapa? Lol
