driving thru MX to Guate

I have a lot already in Guatemala. hopefully by no later than Oct. 1, 2023 I will drive my 1998 school bus, loaded with my household goods ( nobody else's stuff and nothing illegal ) which I will NOT be selling in MX. can anyone give some info/suggestions/advice on what to do & not to do. Also what I can expect at the US/MX border so far as costs and a timeline. any and all help greatly appreciated. thanks. rodd , Shahdaroba Rodd
