Rosarito - Condo vs Home

Hi All,

My husband and I are looking to move to Rosarito in the next 18-36 months. We are just starting to look at living options and setting constraints to bring the number of properties to consider down so in our next 2 visits we can start to see what price point gets us what amenities.
We are uncertain home vs condo pros and cons.
I am asking for your experiences based on having made the move from a house to a house or a house to a condo in Rosarito and the pros and cons you can offer, also any regrets if in hindsight you maybe should have made the other choice.
