tax on property sale in mexico

we have a home and property im mexico , but only apend 4-5 months a year in mexico. i want to sell a lot that we own and i trying to find out what the tax implications are in the usa. the land is communal land and is held by acta de possesion and we only pay communal tax to the local agencia..i want to have the bulk of the money transfered to my usa bank and the rest to my mexican bank. we have permenant residence status and also have a mexican corporation that the land is owned by. the sale is usually signing over the acta to the new owners.. any ideas ?
