Recommendation for a rheumatologist?

My wife has recently developed a chronic case of Rheumatoid Arthritis and is in Arizona. I had incredibly successful total shoulder replacement surgery in Guadalajara, after receiving recommendations for an orthopedic surgeon through this forum.

I thought that maybe I could get lucky again, and find anyone who suffers from RA and has a doctor that they are a fan of. We are currently building in San Miguel de Allende, but routinely come through GDL from Arizona on our way in and out of Mexico. Anything in the GDL or Ajijic area would be fine.

Thanks in advance for any recommendations.
