Consulate requirement

I'm planning to get a resident visa in Mexico for the second time (I did it in 2020, but didn't make it back to renew it). The first time around, my local consulate required that I get financial statements validated by an actual signature from someone at the financial company. I had trouble doing that, and would expect even more trouble this time around. At the Kansas City consulate website, their requirement is "Original or certified copy of investments or bank accounts with a monthly balance equivalent to...". Since they don't mention signatures, does that mean I can get away with just the regular statement that is sent automatically through postal mail?
