Casablanca, Morocco (Living/Working)

Hi, I am new to the site (first post) and find it very informative. I am considering a job offer in Morocco as a pilot living in Casablanca. I am having a problem locating pilot salaries. The position would include housing and a car. The potential employer and I are discussing salary and it appears that I am way out of the salary range. I am also trying to get the company to write up a work contract or agreement. The position would probably be for up to 1 year. If someone could steer my in the right direction to find salaries and cost of living, that would greatly help. I would still continue paying a mortgage on my empty home in the States. Any other information is welcome. Do employers offer health insurance? benifits? etc.? Thanks.
