Studio in Rabat

Hello,

I'm moving to Rabat in March 2009 and am hoping to find a studio to rent long-term. Ideally I would like to be in centre-ville or within walking distance of this area. I am also open to Temera. Can anyone tell me what to expect in terms of rent prices? I'm also looking to connect in general with other English speakers in Morocco, either expats or Moroccans:-) Thanks very much!
