Hello!
I am an american moving to morocco. I already have a job and place to live and I have many questions. Right now, I am most interested in the following:
Though I am always cautious when travelling, I am not concerned about being a woman in "an arab country". Should I be? My family is concerned that I will be targeted.
Do I pay taxes to the Moroccan governement since I am employed there? How would I set this up?
Are there any crazy insects to be concerned about (I will be living in the mountains)?
Lastly, on a side note and a faint hope that someone will know, I'm a chef and will be bringing my knife kit into the country. Will this be a problem? I cannot live without them!! Well, I could I just would rather not. If they are going to be taken from me, I would rather leave them here and have them if and when I come back.
