Acquiring a decent car

Hi There,
I made the mistake of bringing over my much loved & well cared for 6 year old car from the UK last year and this year, after trying all sorts of angles, I had to get it back out of Morocco again & give it away.
I am therefore looking to acquire a decent small car - but in Marrakech the cars are all in rubbish condition and very expensive.
Does anyone know of any reputable 2nd hand car dealers in Casa or Rabat?
Also, does anyone have experience of buying say, a 3 year old car in Spain, where I believe car prices may be depressed, and then importing it via Tangier?
I have heard that Moroccan import duties will literally double the cost of the car: does anyone have experience which can validate this please?
All help & advice gratefully received, but please don't use this as an opportunity to flog me an old wreck!!
