Looking for an English speaking female ob/gyn

Wahoo! I just found out I am pregnant -- it's great but now I am looking for a reliable, kind, female doctor. She would have to speak English as well...

My lovely Moroccan friend recommended her doctor (who I have already seen) but I still would like a female doctor. Also, one that doesn't push c-section.

Please let me know if you have any suggestions!
