Interested In a New E-Pat Radio Station?

Hi All, I wonder if I can have your help? I'm thinking of setting up an English Language internet radio station based in Casablanca but covering the whole of Morocco..Especially for UK and US Expats, providing LOCAL (to Morocco) News, events, community issues and playing English language music and was wondering if there was a market for such a thing? Would you listen? Also would any Businesses advertise if publicity was done properly..Please could you leave me your thoughts and ideas...Thanks
