Womens Project Assistance

Hello I an coming to Morocco in early December to begin a 8 month overland expedition with my partner down the West Coast of Africa. I have created and initiated a Women's Empowerment project which consists of giving women in 'need' cloth sanitary pads and taking all the sewing/toolkits with me to Africa to teach women how to make their own pads. I will begin in Morocco ...in Marrakech. I have about 10 days there to 'wait; for my partner, Allen to drive our Gaz 66 Russian truck from Bulgaria to Rabat. I have secured 4 days volunteer work with Amal Women's Centre in Marrakech and I will also run a workshop there for some women who can learn how to make the sanitary pads. My problem is that I need somewhere to use as a 'base' for the time I am in Marrakech. I have looked at accommodation and it is expensive. Can anyone assist either with recommending accommodation (not a hostel) which is a reasonable price or offer me a room/space to stay whilst I do this work. Here is a story which will verify who I am and that my request is genuine.
