some New Zealand questions

Hi all;
Im new here so please bear with me ..
Im a 38 year old man from Ohio USA thats moving to Auckland NZ in a few weeks to marry a Kiwi lady .i have a few questions if anyone can help out ..
1) what are the requirements for driving ?.. i have a valid US drivers license burt will that be enough? (even temporarily)
2) Im presently in radio. anyone have any idea how hard it is to break into broadcasting in NZ?
3) I have a 9 year old son that i need to get into school asap. what documetation will i need to do this ?
4) how difficult is the immigration process ?

thanx for your answers in advance..my fiance and i are totally confused on these matters
