moving to Panama

Thinking about partially retiring in the mountains of Panama, some where around
Cerro Punta or Bouquete.

We would appreciate any tips about real estate traps etc. We are planing our next trip in Feb./03, and want to do some serious looking at real estate at that time.

Thanks in advance for any help you can give!

Renee
