Hi,

I'm a Colombian young woman located in Bogotá considering moving to the States, requesting an asylum status or a refugee status (I was raped in 2017 and I have the proper docummentary), however, I'm not sure how it works and I'm talking about all the process, docummentation, The 1951 refugee convention and stuff like that.

I want to know, is anyone here who might know about this immigration topic? What can I do? Plus I don't know if there is a problem due to the fact I already have a tourism visa.
