Expatriate

Hello you there,

Till recently I was a Nepali citizen. I'm working on the financial/insurance field and I have to travel frequently, particularly in the western countries. Asking visa as Nepali citizen is quite problematic, that's why I decided to abandone the Nepali citizenship and adopt the Dutch one. Át the same time I would like to buy some property (house or land) in Nepal. My question is: is there any kind of resident permit for Expatriates, which might give them right to buy land and property there without any problem?

Thanks in advance!

All the best wishes for year 2008!

Soede
