I am a graduate student from the US in Nepal for the summer and I have finally found a beautiful furnished apartment. Only catch is that it's a 2-bedroom and I can't afford it on my own. 40,000 R per month (20,000 each) includes everything - hot water, wifi, etc - and it's fully furnished with a kitchen, TV, even a washing machine.
