- Large bedroom and large living room
- Large kitchen with marble countertops
- Private bathroom
- Small private balcony
- Mostly furnished
- Solar heated hot water for shower (afternoons are best)
- Wireless internet (WiFi)
- Safe location (Lazimpat, near the British Council)
- Quiet area (on a small lane – no traffic)
- Lots of nearby shopping (BigMart, Blue Moon, etc.)
- Rs 15,000/month
- Monthly utilities: Water Rs 150, Garbage Rs 200, Electricity Rs 10/unit

The owners are really nice. Note that they are looking for a long-term renter -- at least for six months (no short-term rentals).
