Flipping Seasons-Picton to Thailand

After a quick visit to NZ, an idea just came upon me on the possibility of residing there 3-5 months yearly! Trading places with a NZ couple during your colder season of April thru September for the warm climes of Thailand in a small beach locale! Maybe there are companies that broker this idea but it could be a double win. 6 months to work on the possibilities!
