I'll be moving to Norway next year (with my husband and two kids), and would like to know more about atmosphere there...I've heard that most Norwegians speak fluent English, but is that EVERYONE? That's my main concern, because although I speak a little Norwegian, my husband and children do not. Also, what's the general tolerance level as far as race and religion? My husband is Japanese (obviously making my kids half-Japanese), and I haven't been able to find much information regarding minorities in Scandinavia. If anyone could give me their two cents, that'd be great! Thanks!
