Question about work !

Hello !
I dunno if anyone could help me here but I am from Canada and I am planning to move to Oslo next autumn. I need a job and it looks pretty hard to find anything without a perfect knowledge of the language!! I went on the aetat and finn.no website but its never anything for me !! It would be nice if someone could give me some tips about it !! All this is a bit discouraging ! Thank you, Isabelle
