Trying to figure out the procedures.

Hello everybody,

I just arrived in Norway to live with my Canadian boyfriend. I have EU citizenship but I am still a bit confused about the procedures to become a resident. I know I have to go get registered, but I also read something about going to the police to get a residence permit and something about having to fill out a for in my home country... Tips, anyone?
