IRA, 401k Norwegian Taxes

Does anybody have any experiences with Norwegian taxes on distributions from IRA, Roth IRA and 401k while living permanently in Norway? Skatteetaten told us in writing (though not binding) that they would tax it as any other mutual fund or bank account (capital gains and interest income) with a credit for US taxes paid, if any.
