Cheapest Car Rental-Long term

My company has one of our guys there in Norway on a long term assignment and the cheapest car rental he could find was with Avis for $1100 (6315nok) per month. I may be moving there myself and was wondering if anyone knew of a cheaper place to rent/lease a car?
