US student continuing education

Hi,
I'm a US student with an associates degree in Liberal Arts but I have training as an EMT (with a national certification) I want to move to Norway to live with my boyfriend and finish my degree there. I'm slowly learning Norwegian but as of now i know the bare basics of the language. What schools are there for nursing/paramedics? And how do you apply for them?
