Hopefully this is in the rules, but I just wanted to mention that the place where I am working now has a lot of spaces available for rent, and it works really well for immigrants (they focus on art and design, but welcome anyone who wants a place to come and work during the day or evening! Not a job, but a space to physically come and work.)
If anyone else is looking for a studio, or a "hot-desk" to come and work (tired of working from home or at a cafe, anyone...?) then I really recommend them! They also do a bunch of classes and events, so its a great social space as well, so good for connecting in a new country ;)
