Moving to Pakistan

Hey all,

I'd like to move to Pakistan with my husband. Does anyone know if I need to apply for the POC card or the NICOP card? Im not of Pakistani Origin. Also, once I have either of these cards, when I apply for work, will I still need a work visa? Any help would be appriciated.
