Hi, I'm a 27 year old US citizen and I've met a nice Pakistani man online. We've been talking for a couple of months already and things have started to get kind of serious. I've spoken to his sisters, mom and dad over the phone and he's starting to talk about me possibly moving to Pakistan. He says his family owns a lot of land there and I wont have to work or worry about anything, he said I could live a “princess” life. (whatever that means) He wants me to visits his city GUJRANWALA early next year and see how I like it and see if things could work out between us.
I’ve never visited the country before so I don’t know what to expect, I’ve never heard of Gujranwala, and wanted to know if anyone has any information about this city. Also, is it possible for a young couple not to work and live off their parents lands in Pakistan, and if a woman doesn’t work what is her social life like. I do property management here in California and I never saw my life being just a house wife, if this is the only thing that awaits me I would like to know.
I have plenty of other questions but these will do for now.
