Wireless router contracts: Need advice

I am relatively new to Panama, live happily with my imported three dogs who are now five close to Volcan,

I truly LOVE the place, my neighbors help with my integration and their friendliness and help are priceless. I would have without them a totally different story to tell -I am afraid- My Spanish till sucks and you are dead in the water with no one to help you in the beginning.

Now that I bought interims-wise for 2,500 a crappy car until my electric cars will arrive in 2 months, But I can drive to Bugaba and David and will soon start excursions of Panama with my pack. I have a friendly Amazon Alexa and a Google dot to help with real time translation in my home (Yes, I call it already a 'home')

Both run only on wifi. I also have a nice big Android laptop who will help me find home thanks to Google Maps when I explore Chiriqui and the beaches.

There is also a PC.

So I bought a unlocked Verizon MiFi. A portable wifi hotspot. It serves all my devices at home AND will do so for Maps, email, and phone on our trips away from home.

https://www.bestbuy.com/site/verizon-jetpack-mifi-8800l-4g-lte-mobile-hotspot-gray/6337080.p?skuId=6337080&ref=212&loc=1&ref=212&loc=1&ds_rl=1260669&ds_rl=1273104&ds_rl=1273104&gclsrc=ds

A friend suggested Claro since they have a store in Volcan. So we went there and I handed the sales rep/technician the device and asked what he has to offer.

He seemed very competent and offered me unlimited data for 28 p.pm.

That seemed perfect and I bought 3 months in advance.

He put the sim card in, called the mothership and I was connected within 10 minutes. I bought the first three months. Coming home I ran a speed-test which blew me away. 16MBits/sec down- and 12 up-stream.

I was happy as a clam and ready to post this super-dooper option here.

Good that I wanted to watch speed over a week to watch for congestions and temporary disconnects. .

Because after one ( 1! ) day I had no internet but 2 messages that I reached 80% of my limit (???) and that I had reached my limit (!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!).

They offer your unlimited internet on the very device that the sim is in and 5GB for sharing data. The Mifi 'shared' all data since it is a wifi router! So I bought 5gb for 28 bucks.

We went today to the store and the above is what the rep told me. I did NOT come with a phone to trick them. I had the sim installed by the rep and he KNEW that I needed it for all my wireless devices at home.

The compromise I was offered: 60GB full speed (i.o.w. 2gb per day) and from then on throttled. I don't know how low throttled. I was fuming and wanted to cancel the contract since it was not what the 'specialist' at the Claro had promised -having been fully aware that it was a portable hotspot-. To cancel the contract and get a portion of the money back I have to drive to David 65km away. So far for having a store in your town.

This as a warning. Now to my question. Does anyone know of an offer for a truly unlimited internet provide that I can use on my Mifi? I don't use more than I would on a phone (where it would be unlimited), but on alternate devices and my amazon and google assistants. Not on a commercial website, as a service provider for others, just for me. It should be irrelevant if the traffic goes from my phone to them or via the router. But obviously it does.

Help please!
