HELP: Need to deposit money in landlords Bank Account

Hopefully someone has an answer.

My spouse and I do not have a Panamanian Bank Account. We've been in country for 12 days. We should have our Temporary Residency Visas in about 5-7 days.
We talked to our Attorney, and we may have our Attorney help us set up our Panamanian accounts.

Situation:
Meanwhile. This weekend, we are signing a lease for our apartment. I know the banks are closed, however, on Tuesday, we will need to wire transfer money or go to our landlord's bank, Banistmo to deposit our first month's rent, electric deposit, and another small deposit. Our landlord gave us his Banistmo Savings account number. Can we deposit cash directly into his account using our passports as identification?

We don't have a Swift/BIC number for the Banistmo Bank.

Help is appreciated.
