Hello, our mobile phone that contains a Token for transferring bank funds finally died after 5 years of use.
We must use the Token to pay our elderly mother's nursing home fees from her Banco Nacional retirement savings each month.
So, we logged in to register the token on a new phone but the app said the token is already registered.
I am reluctant to contact Banconal as they may freak out that someone other than the account owner is helping her pay for care.
I find no option to deregister the token and feel stuck.
Any ideas would be appreciated.
