What are the latest news/insider information about the market?
I am looking trough the links below and I came across couple of listings about 2 years old. At least the quoted available date was 2 years ago. I find it odd that the houses would not sell in 2 years because of Covid, or they sold but the agents never updated the listing. I contacted one agent (only) and I got no answer what so ever.
I wonder how much "bait and switch" and other deception is going on in the real estate field.
What to look out for? What are the Curve-balls? ( I worked in sales too! )
